Living with

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 days per apartment and night, with an occupancy of 2 persons. In the periods of Summer, Christmas, and New Year, as well as Winter Magic, the prices are valid for up to 4 persons. A surcharge applies for stays of less than 5 nights.

For each additional person we charge 15 – 20 €/night.

The price includes: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully furnished kitchen, satellite TV, cot, bread delivery service, use of the playroom, seasonal herbs from our garden, barbecue facilities, use of the sunbathing area with children’s playground, final cleaning, ski shuttle service in winter and – not to forget – lots of fresh and healthy mountain air.

For a fee of 5 €, may use the washing machine and dryer.

Mobilcard

The free guest card

When you stay with us at the Kienzlhof, you’ll receive the “Südtirol Guest Pass” free of charge. Thanks to the guest card you are always mobile and may discover the holiday region Alpe di Siusi and South Tyrol by bus and train. Following services are included:

• all shuttle buses in the holiday region Alpe di Siusi (with the exception of lines 10 and 11)
  
• regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brenner to Trento, from Malles to San Candido
  
• local buses (town buses, intercity buses, and city buses)
  
• the cable cars to Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina, Colle, and Verano
  
• the narrow-gauge railway Renon and the funicular to Mendola
  
• a return ticket with the PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair
  
• You will also receive discounts on the Combi Card, the Nordic Pass, and the Alpe di Siusi Card Gold.
  

The card is valid for 7 days. If you have booked a longer stay, will receive a new card after 7 days. The card is personal and non-transferable and must be validated every time you use public transport.

Visitor’s tax:

The amount of this local tax is € 2,50 per person and night. Children and young people under 14 are exempt from the tax. The tax is payable on departure and is reported separately in the invoice.

Breakfast baskets

It’s our great pleasure to pamper our guests with three different breakfast baskets. The baskets are filled with home-made and regional specialties. We are happy to accommodate your personal wishes.

For the breakfast baskets “Strong Hans” and “Sweet Liesl” we charge € 15,00 per person and day and for the “Little Franz” € 8,00 per person and day.

You are welcome to order your gourmet basket directly with your reservation.

 

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 15,00 € per day (food is not included).
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of consideration for our guests, pets are allowed only after arrangement!

 

Reservation

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit of 200,00 € per week for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art.1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However , we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382( Civil Code ).

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday. We ask for your understanding that we charge for cancellations received , the deposit as a cancellation fee.

In case of a cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before arrival day we charge 60% of the total price.

For cancellation until 30 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total price.

In case of guest no show without making a previous cancellation and receiving its confirmation, the guest has to pay the 100% of the amount of the booking.

 

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09.00 a.m. Other times are possible upon request.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the guest has to pay the 100% of the amount of the booking anyway.

 

Travel insurance

We are looking forward to welcome you!

However we recommend you to stipulate a cancellation insurance. In case you should cancel your holiday, all cancellation fees will be covered by the insurance, so that you can book your holidays without worry! Here you find more information about insurance prices and conditions.
